Chopping it Up at Harlem Shambles
Few professions are as 'hands on' as that of a butcher. For a photography project, I visited the Harlem Shambles butcher on 116th Street and Frederick Douglass Boulevard to see how they serve their customers, from the roota' to the toota'. Check out the talented carvings from this Harlem establishment.
