I can't tell you how proud I am of this man as a Jamaican. He continues to defy all logic and understanding every single time he takes to the track. The fact that he is only 23 years old makes me think he'll be at the top of the sport for another 10 years, and when it's all said and done he'll be the best sprinter we have ever seen. Bolt is the first person to ever hold the Olympic and World Championship records in both the 100 and 200-m sprint events. If that doesn't blow your mind, then I don't know what will.
